暗訪：

“一針就靈”實為非法行醫

記者在豐臺區趙公口長途汽車站附近的墻上、郑州银屑病電線桿上隨處可以看到一傢診所的性病小廣告，上面寫著：性病專治，專傢特診斷根，“一針就靈”，鄭重承諾采用歐美及東南亞進口最新針劑等廣告詞。而在小廣告旁邊碩大的紅色“20”號和底下的紅色箭頭引起瞭記者的註意，這個數字與廣告上的門牌號是相同的，幾乎相隔十幾米就有一個。

記者順著這個箭頭沿著一條很臟的胡同往裡走，在分叉處見到瞭寫有“20”號的牌子，繼續前行便看見“康復診所”的標識，正準備裝成病人去探個虛實，剛才站在胡同口四處張望、村婦模樣的女人上前詢問我們是不是找人或者想租房子，當知道是想看病的時候直接就把我們領進瞭那間屋子。

趁她去叫大夫的工夫，記者觀察瞭這間非常簡陋而不足10平方米的平房，墻上根本就沒有什麼營業執照，顯然就是一傢無照行醫的小窩點，隻用一個綠色簾子與外面隔開，從縫中可以看見對面窗臺曬的臘肉。過瞭10分鐘左右，號稱專傢的人來瞭，操著外地口音簡單的詢問瞭一下病情之後，就得出瞭診斷結果：“你這是非淋菌性尿道炎，打我們的針兩次就可治愈瞭！”。不作任何檢查化驗就能診斷出這個結果，醫生水平高的真是難以讓人相信。接著他又告訴記者：“這個針能夠包治斷根，而且永不復發，如果無效的話，我們把錢都退給你。而且像淋病、梅毒都可以治。”。當記者一再問針劑成分和要看說明書的時候，對方有點反應過味來瞭，馬上提出要出去拿東西，這一去就沒有再回來。

隨後記者又按照另一則小廣告的地址，來到瞭朝陽公園南門對面的胡同，同樣有一個紅色的“1”號與箭頭，但是記者在工地旁邊的一排平房中找瞭半天都沒有找到這傢診所，一問才知道它已經不在這裡瞭，現在變成瞭小賣部。

據記者瞭解，在北京像這樣無照經營的小診所很多，大多數是看性病的，有些號稱是傢傳，有的甚至是無業遊民。他們抓住瞭有些人怕被人知道的心理大肆行醫，而且改變瞭戰術，用數字來表示地址躲避城管的檢查。像他們沒有執業資格怎麼就能行醫？不過多長時間就消失的診所怎麼能夠保證就醫安全？連說明書都沒有的針劑怎麼就敢往病人身上打？像這樣的小廣告在此時就如此之明目張膽，在醫療廣告取消之後還不知道要坑害多少患者？

小廣告不可信　但仍然四處泛濫

衛生部常務副部長高強在參加醫衛界政協委員聯組討論會發言時稱，目前正擬訂相關方案報國務院，將取消醫療廣告。高強表示，醫院靠廣告招攬生意創收實在有損形象，更不用說那些醫院做虛假廣告誤導患者，坑害患者。他認為，醫療信息應該由政府無償向社會發佈，以後衛生部門不再承擔醫療廣告鑒定的任務，不再為醫療廣告出示證明。的確，取消瞭醫療廣告，堵塞瞭害人的虛假醫療信息傳播的渠道，但是取消後的後續問題又該如何解決？市民從哪裡得到醫療信息？記者針對醫療廣告取消後有可能出現的問題對20名市民進行瞭采訪，其中90％的市民關心的都是信息來源的問題，擔心會有越來越多的醫療小廣告充斥著醫療市場。

北京某三甲醫院皮膚科的主任醫師周大夫說，社會上到處可見對性病治療“一針就靈，包治包好”的招貼廣告，其實都是美麗的謊言，因為性病有多種，由不同的病原微生物感染引起，因此治療的方法及用藥也各不相同。如梅毒主要用青黴素，非淋菌性尿道炎主要用四環素……至於愛滋病，到目前為止尚未研究出有效的治療方法。由此可見，社會上所謂對性病“一針就靈”郑州哪个医院看牛皮癣最好等小廣告不可信。醫療廣告取消後，如果沒有正規的醫療信息來源，患者又有病急亂投醫的心理，到那個時候小廣告將會成為違法醫療廣告的後起之“秀”。

一位程小姐表示，醫療廣告對不需要的人來說可能是“垃圾”，可對於患者來說卻常常可能是生命的希望。所以，現在除瞭要考慮停播廣告的事情，還應該把後續問題也提到日程上來，別讓那些騙人的小廣告成為信息的來源。
